Wine Label Design: Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo
The Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo needed refined wine labels to appeal to business and wedding clients, liquor store shoppers, and visitors to their upscale restaurant, Grazers. The labels also needed to reflect the zoo’s conservation mission, as a percentage of the proceeds supported conservation efforts.

The wine labels were designed with an illustration of two of the park’s most popular animals, accompanied by a brief bio of each to reinforce the conservation message. This design approach not only created visual appeal but also educated consumers, aligning with the Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo’s mission. The labels proved highly successful, selling out both in stores and at the zoo’s on-site restaurant.
